I was so lucky to hop on the bus with Barcelona fashion bloggers and go directly to La Roca Village luxury outlet. There we met up with Pete Soler (Maria Josep Soler), an author, TV host and just a stylish woman, who presented us her new book and share her vision about fashion and of course gave us some pieces of advice how to be stylish every day.
The book is in Catalan: “Estil BCN tot el que de saber sobre la moda a Barcelona”. It talks about exceptional Barcelona’s fashion. I would have to agree, Barcelona is a very fashionable city with its own taste, not unlike Paris, New York or London.
Every Barcelona barrio has its own spirit. The luxurious and posh Zona Alta y Sarria, casual and comfortable Barceloneta and Ciutadella, trendy and hipster Born, artisan and weird Raval and super laid back and more down to earth Maresme and Poblenou. Every barrio has its own spirit and speaks its own language.
Later in the evening we were speaking with Pete about winter tendencies and basic fashion objects in your wardrobe. We came to the conclusion that there is no more universal color than black. Black is luxury, black is affordable, black is trendy, black is black.
Don’t forget that La Roca Village always has discounts on trendy brands. I could not resist and bought new red sweater from Maje, a couple of Aristocrazy bracelets and a card holder from Bimba and Lola. Follow me on Instagram to see all this stuff.
