I would like to thank Cristina Jorda and Bea from BeaisHappy for inviting me to slow5 restaurant inauguration at the end of November. I am a huge fan of good food and I love the slow food movement. If you are unfamiliar with Carlo Petrini’s slow food movement it is a movement that promotes local ecosystems and encourages food to be grown and sources locally, as close as possible to the point of consumption. I love Catalan and Mediterranean cuisine and I think I will go at slow5 again for a dinner or lunch. Thanks to its location it is very easy to reach by metro, bus or ferrocarils. Slow5 is close to all clubs and bars at that area where you can continue your evening.
The space is quite big, with the entrance space, cloakroom and three halls. What i really liked was the wine list with a lot of white wines. Check out this video and make a date at your agenda to go to Slow5.
Thanks to Miriam for amazing pics!
